The Department of Civil Aviation, Shipping & Maritime Affairs is responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of aviation and maritime legislation within Sint Maarten.
The Department works closely with national, regional and international organizations to ensure compliance with international conventions, safety regulations and operational standards.
